"Atelier LK is a London and New York-based design studio. Founded in 2020 by Lisa Jones and Ruby Kean, the interdisciplinary studio spans the worlds of interior design and architecture, art curation, bespoke furniture design and creative direction." Atelier LK No.43 curated by Atelier LK was held in the former home of Hackney-based artist Ron Hitchin, where his sculptural work is preserved. Invited to respond to Hitchin's legacy, Henrietta drew inspiration from the organically engraved metal tiles which suggested a continuous, woven-like extension. Captivated by Hitchin's eclectic presence, Mesh Work utilizes negative space revealed against the wooden walls paying homage to his artistic influence.
